Video is a cost-effective method to showcase real-world applications, making training more accessible, relevant, and practical to learners.

By including video elements in training, I enhance learner engagement and break down complex concepts through visual storytelling.

Engagement

Presenting learners with opportunities to use their new knowledge throughout training helps them comfortably make decisions within their role.

Engaging learning that is directly relevant to the required tasks of the job can ensure a seamless transition out of training. My goal is to give learners confidence as well as proficiency.

By incorporating  interactive elements into training modules, I keep the learner engaged and consistently confirm understanding.

Frequently checking the learner’s comprehension through activities, quizzes, and games ensures they are learning, not just reading.

Documentation

Using word processor styles (Google Docs and Microsoft Word) in addition to direct HTML editing, I create  content that aligns visually with brand guidelines and maintains cohesion between different sources of communication and information. 

Creating standardized communication templates with consistent layouts, intuitive navigation, and clear visual hierarchy, I seek to minimize cognitive load on employees and trainees to make key information readily accessible.
